Dr. Day is a new member of the High Desert Foot and Ankle Clinic team. She was raised in the High Desert and graduated High School from Serrano High School in Phelan, CA. She went on to graduate with her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside and received her Podiatric education at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She completed her comprehensive three year clinical and surgical residency at Chino Valley Medical Center which included sports medicine training at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital and a high-level trauma rotation at Kaiser Permanente Modesto/Stockton. She treats a wide range of conditions affecting the foot and ankle in all age groups. She received extensive surgical training in all aspects of the foot and ankle including bunion correction, hammertoe repairs, forefoot and rearfoot reconstructions, trauma, and arthritic conditions affecting the foot and ankle. She also received vast training in lower extremity complications from diabetes including wound care and limb salvage. During her free time, Dr. Day enjoys spending time with her loved ones, going to museums, working on cars, going to concerts, and cooking.
